3 Month Vaccinations

Is it recommended to take the 5 in 1, pneumoccal and rota virus vaccines all together at once? Wonder if it could be too much for baby to handle.

He had a low grade fever which I only put fever patch on his forehead. Didn’t feed him Panadol.
