Any recommended prenatal vitamins for TTC? For blackmores products, which is more preferred - folic acid or I-folic (with iodine)?

I like garden of life raw prenatal from iHerb. Cause their ingredients supposedly more natural. But it’s out of stock now u may have to take other brands in the meantime.
