Bird's nest and prenatal vitamins

Hi Mummies, is it OK to consume folic acid and prenatal vitamins together with bird's nest before sleep? Appreciate any advice! Ty! #1stimemom #advicepls

I take bird nest in the day (afternoon) cos at night it’s more cooling and supplements in the morning after breakfast.

I see no harm doing so. did tt sometimes too. although I tend to take bird nest more often in the morning

I'll take prenatal vitamins in the morning and bird nest moderately before sleep.

Best to have supplement in the morning
