Nipple cream recommendation

Not an advise on nipple cream but on how to avoid nipple pain: Make sure po to learn how to DEEP LATCH. Common po ang nipple pain sa breastfeeding moms kasi ang usual advice na natatanggap natin ay "natural lang yan. Tiisin mo lang, masasanay ka rin" 😢 but the truth is that breastfeeding is NOT supposed to be painful. Kapag masakit po, i-unlatch si baby and try again. Medyo challenging po at first na mamaster ang deep latch pero once nakuha nyo na po, it's well worth it.
