Any recommendation for good TCM or western doctor for treating eczema?

I went to yu guo TCM for babies, my baby girl is having eczema, and after applying the med prescribe her skin is back to normal already. I've tried western doctor and it doesn't seems to heal at all that is when I try the Chinese Tcm.
