Any good TCM to treat baby eczema? Is 7mth old baby able to consume herbal medicine?

From a TCM perspective, eczema is caused by wind, heat and dampness. For example, heat in the lung and spleen channels, brought on by invasion of external pathogenic wind while infantile eczema has a dry and a wet type, but the overall pathogenesis is brought about by a combination of weakness of spleen and stomach, damp heat and exposure to external pathogenic wind. TCM practitioners will then find suitable combinations of herbs to help manage the eczema. I would think that there will some herbs safe for a 7 months old consumption.
