Convenient and healthy snacks during pregnancy
Hi, any recommendation on convenient, portable yet healthy snacks that you eat during pregnancy? It's difficult to always bring fruits or prepare simple snacks at home when I'm on the run. Thank you.

You can try oat crackers like Meiji or Meadows brand. Yoghurt or a glass of milk also helps.
i eat dried nuts or roasted edamame. :)
Maybe those sugar-free granola bars?
