Hi, any recomend for day time baby sitter?

Have you tried looking through Au Pair sites? It's pretty much a place where you can search for nannies, baby sisters or summer au pairs. It's pretty popular with my friends based in Europe and the States. They usually hire university or college students to babysit. This is a viable option if you're comfortable with not having the typical older auntie to watch your child.
