rolled oats.. 4tbsp lang nun grabeng bigat sa tyan.. gawa ka overnight oats.. substitute mo na milk ay yung maternal milk mo.. then lagyan mo saging,chia seed at nuts.. un ang gawin mong breakfast. pwede din meryenda

try mo po daily fix granola, with almond milk. Sa experience ko mi nabubusog nako. Or sabayan mo rin ng prutas. Or 2-3 boiled egg.
