Just Mums

11 months after C-Section. Stitches are lil lumpy. Any idea why is it lumpy or how it can heal?

Recently noticed my stitches are still not flat but got some tiny lumps on it. Still has postpartum belly. Sometimes feels like Pinching needle for few seconds. #firsttimemom

It can be scar tissues or keloids, if the pain persistents and feel itchy, you may consult doctor to check on your stitches. Havind said that to reduce PP belly, you may use waist trainer or 3 pcs velcro trainer.

Thanks for your response. I'll get checked with my doc. I used Waist trainer for around 5-6 months after delivery but it was like temporary. Belly stays as it is after removing it. It's been 1 year and not sure how to reduce pp belly.
