Recently my LO has been nursing most of the time as she is sick. I tried to pump when my baby is sound asleep or back in infant care. I am unable to pump milk efficiently. I used to pump 200 - 250ml every 6hrly. Now I pump, only less than 100ml. I have to use hand express so that my breast will not be engored. I wonder is it my pump or Mayb my breast is not responding to the pump. Mayb my bf journey is coming to an end?

If your breasts are engorged in between feeding and expressing milk, then you most likely still have adequate milk supply. Maybe it's a pump problem. If on the other hand, your milk supply is actually decreasing, then there are many things you can do to increase it again.
