Legal advise regarding naming babies by law

Is it really compulsory to name your baby with mother's maiden name tapos father? Kasi sa europe no need na ilagay mother's maiden name sa child. Gusto q sana wala na yung last name ko sa baby ko. Please advise. Thank you! #pleasehelp #advicepls

if married po, after the father ang name ni baby and that will include your maiden name..its one of the verifying points kasi like when you requests for psa docs.
