No po. actually kapag public hospitals po 1st baby covered lahat ng philhealth zero billing po ako nun kahit gamot wala ako binayaran.

hospital, private. nonetheless, dapat pwede mo magamit kasi doon sa clinic ng OB ko lying in din yun and nakita ko na isa sa hinahanap nila sa manganganak ay Philhealth regardless kung first baby or not.
