Diffuser

We're using diffuser since my husband painted some of our furniture. Is this helpful or bawal din to sa buntis? (34 wks preggy)

Ung amoy ng paint ang masama mommy. Pero ung humidifier parang pwede naman kc relaxing po yun. 1st tri ko kc maselan ako s pang amoy gumagamit din ako ng ganyan actually kahit ngaun maselan pa din pang amoy ko. Peppermint Oil and Eucalyptus pa gamit ko para fresh lang. 😊

Yes. It helps kahit pano. Masakit po kc sa ulo ung paint mommy. Actually kahit amoy lang ng bathroom namin ayoko kulang nalang maglagay na din ako dun ng scented oils. 😂🤣 konting tiis nalang naman ako kc 36 weeks na baka back to normal n ung pang amoy ko. 😁

Is it humidifier or diffuser? If humidifier po, pwede. If diffuser po you have to ask your OB since karamihan ng diffuser is synthetic. I have a diffuser at home from Young Living, yun po 100% safe po yon kahit sa newborn.
