mag prep ka na ng gamit sis.. kasi nun nag 35 weeks ako medyo uncomfortable na un pakiramdam ko kaya hanggat kaya pa prep ka na. wag dn masyado mag pagod like exercise, walking. limit mo lang un time na ganun ginagawa mo kasi 33 weeks ka pa lng. iwasan ang sweets, salty, and more water talaga.

Maglakad lakad ka mii at paaraw pero wag din masyado magpagod pa since 33weeks palang mga 37weeks ayan saka ka magpatagtag talaga since fullterm na yun.. At dapat sa ganyan 33weeks prepared na lahat ng gamit ni baby pati hospital bags at documents
