Pwede naman po, pero try to eat healthy na lang po in general. Iwasan ang maaalat at matatamis na pagkain. Once in a while, and in moderate quantity should be ok, basta huwag lang po madalas ☺️

Yes but in moderation. Check nyo po dito sa app yung mga foods that ypu can eat, take in moderation at yunh bawal

Ito sis sabi ng asian parent. But i eat that naman pangtanggal inggit lang. Di naman everyday.
