No bawal po, unless si OB mo nag riseta, pero mas nirerecommend po ng OB na mag 2x a day na Vit. C if may ubo/sipon or kain/inom lang citrus fruits and drink 2-3 liters of water. If sa sipon naman pwede daw Neosep NON-DROWSY, wag na wag daw po neosep forte kasi makaka apekto yun sa baby na makatulog which is a NO NO. PS. im not a doctor, base on experience lang po.
