Non fat milk po gamitin mo o hot water lang lagyan mo ng frutas gaya ng saging at honey.. kung ayaw mo po may nabibili naman na oats na may flavor na chocolate 🍫 at 🍯 honey 🍌 banana. Wag na kayong maglagay ng sugar.
I prefer plain po...no milk..no sugr sa oatmeal...then water lng po..or pair with wheat bread...or pair with fish na grill but no oil no salt..just plain...
Plain oatmeal lang, wag hahaluan ng sugar. Umiwas ka na po sa sugar kasi pinapag-low sugar diet ka na.
u may use banana sis.. slice mo Lang tas ilagay masarp natural sweetener din yan.
Try mo tong quaker oats, no need to add sugar na po. 😊
Gumamit pi ng equal gold as sweetener if d tlga maiwasan.....
