Kung frozen po pwede po patagalin yung milk stash ng weeks pero pag sa baba lang po ng ref, 24 hrs lang daw po. Then bago ibigay kay baby, ibabad po muna sa mainit na water. Ganggang sa maging room temperature nalang yung milk.
