May bago po regulation si Philhealth. Kailangan daw po bayaran until the time na gagamitin bago po siya magamit. Pwede din po kayo maginquire sa Philhealth branch or through email to confirm. May iba po kasi nagsasabi na di na need basta may hulog lang ng ilang buwan.
