Baby teeth cavity

Pwede pa kaya ma remove yung stain/ developing cavity sa ngipin ng 22months old sa dentist? Di pa naman nabubulok, umitim lng yung sa front part parang stain pero ayaw matanggal sa toothbrush or cloth. Pls help
