Mglaga ka lng momshie ng fresh na dahon ng malunggay...un ang iwater mu...and kain ng masabaw na food..the hot milk ..pos pamassage mu un back mu ng bumaba ung milk mu...ung ob q..inadvice saken na ipadede q daw kay hubby un boobs q ng masipsip palabas un milk...

Malunggay supplements tinake ko, momsh instead jan nung buntis ako. Meron daw pa din daw kasing sugar yan so hindi advisable for pregnant women baka makataas ng sugar. 😅
