pwd po ba . mga lunch time ko nalng inumin yung calcium at ferrous ?? pag sa gabi po kasi panay gising ko kasi panay ihi ako. sna masagot.

wala naman po time ang pag inom ng calcium and ferrous.. pero wag po sila dapat pag sabayin..
