If I have the budget I'd go to a private hospital. Hands on and they will respect you as their patient. I had a terrifying experience at a public hospital where I was left in labor alone in the emergency room and was nagged by the attending nurse everytime I make noise and complained because I was in great pain. I was even told to carry myself to the delivery table the moment my water broke as the nurse said nobody will carry me. To top this bad experience, I was giving birth back then to my twins who already died in my tummy. In other words, I didn't even receive any sympathy at all from the attending nurse but doctors are okay.
