Yes can but don’t eat often. I have it occasionally during pregnancy but just use less than half of seasoning pack and add fresh ingredients to go with the noodles. :)
Go for KoKa brand noodles if possible as it does not contain msg for the seasoning, which is stated on the packaging.

Can, I still enjoy them on some occasions. Don't make it a habit, have a healthy diet yeah
no, too much msg... not healthy and cause indigestion... will make ur stomach discomfort
Best to avoid. It's food with preservatives, especially the seasoning pack, and many with msg.
Can but consume in moderation. Instant noodles aren't healthy at all.
Once a while is alright. Just don’t put all seasoning powder to it
Preferably not but once in a while it’s fine if rly craving
Don't eat too much. 1 week once or 2 week once still OK.
