Thinking if I should take my Covid vaccine or not? Quite worried about complications for the baby.

I had my first jab of pfizer on 8 Sep after many thoughts and weighing out the risk as my gyanae also recommend to go for the vaccine. Went on a schedule anomaly scan yesterday and everything is fine. Will have my second jab next week. Currently is week 20 + 3days. Btw, only sore arm after first jab.
