Is it normal that i cant stand the smell of someone cooking during my first trimester?

Very normal. I can’t stand the smell of oil. Any kinds of oil or even food cooked with oil. Can’t go near malls, hawker, coffee shops, food areas and even own kitchen. I stayed in room throughout.
