Lol too much fluoride can cause fluorosis but honestly, as an adult, u know how to spit and rinse right ?! It’s only if u ingest a lot of toothpaste or if u stay somewhere with very high fluoride levels in drinking water . Wouldn’t recommend taking non fluoridated toothpaste for period of several months esp if u are already having a lot of vomiting or have a lot of cavities/decay.
