Skip yosi alak o anumang bisyo meron ka, eat healthy foods, bili ka anmum or any milk, iwas coffee din. Basahin mo dito sa app yung mga dos and donts kapag buntis para maging aware ka. More tubig and iwas muna sa stress ☺️☺️☺️

kumain ka prutas ,gulay lalo yung maganda sa utak at inumin ang lhat ng vitamins na prescribe ni OB or ng center . utak una nabubuo sa baby kaya maganda kumain ng nuts ,avocado etc .
