Habang lumalaki si baby, napu-push nya yung ibang organs mo, kasama na yung diaphragm kaya mahirap huminga. Try lying on your left side, lagay ka ng pillow sa ilalim ng tummy, sa likod for support, and everywhere else para maging comfortable ka. If you're up for it, you can also try a pregnancy pillow. It will subside kapag nag-drop si baby.
