8weeks, Morning sickness & always tired. OMG! Any advice?

This my 2nd baby. But it's totally different from first. Got very bad morning sickness and always feeling tired. Having problems slping at night only can nap in the afternoon to recharge, but will have bad headache after wake up. Totally can't get to work.
