hi mommy on my 4th month my hyperthyroidism po ako,. Umiwas lng po ako sa mga bawal kainin mamshie at seafoods. Now thanks God nawala po hyoerthyroidism ko🙂

Oh buti ka pa po. Kasi di bumaba yung sa results ko. Ano po mga iniwasan mo po kainin bukod sa seafoods?
