Infant care

My preferred ifc is only available in July. Should I send my 6 mo to an interim ifc then change to my preferred ifc in July? 3 months in ifc , then switch....

Unless you don’t have a choice , I prefer not to . Some Babies take weeks to months to get used to a new environment. I don’t wish to switch baby to another ifc after baby has adapt. And has to re-adapt to new ifc again.

Yes, you can. Let your baby try out life in ifc first and learn to socialise. But if your baby gets too attached to a caregiver, might take some time to get used to another one. Caring and loving teachers are important!

U might want to wait , and find alternative care ? Maybe grandparents
