Do you prefer to buy a house in Metro Manila or nearby places like Cavite, Bulacan, Rizal?

We still prefer buying house in Metro Manila because we work here. And definitely, the value of houses here are pretty much high compared to the nearby provinces.

Metro Manila pa din lalo na if dito ang work. Matraffic na din naman kasi sa mga nearby provinces. So mas mahihirapan magtravel if masyadong malayo ang uuwian.
