Is Preeclampsia preventable? And the protein in urine treatable/cureble?

I have protein po sa urine and my OB prescribed Aspirin 2x a day and high dose of calcium kaya ginawa nyang 3x a day ang pagtake ng calciumade until manganak po ako to prevent preeclampsia.
