Importance of annual flu vaccine

Pre-coronavirus, yearly family travel is something we look forward to. Be it on a beach (most often), theme parks, or zoo. Last March 2020, our bags were packed but unfortunately lockdown was announced two days before our trip πŸ™„ Kainis! πŸ˜‚ So when the government announced the new IATF guidelines last July 9 that children, ages 5 and above, were allowed in some outdoor MGCQ and GCQ areas, we immediately planned to go to the nearest zoo since Mara started getting itchy feet πŸ‘£ πŸ˜…πŸ˜†πŸ˜‚ and kept on bugging us on our promise. And just like how we prepare for yearly family travel or short gala, it is also imperative to submit ourselves to annual flu vaccination. The three of us already got our flu vaccine last April. Having a vaccination doesn’t only protect yourself from getting the virus, it also protects people around you, including those who are more vulnerable to serious flu illness. Vaccines save lives. #VaccinesWorkForAll How about you, Mommies? Are you done with your annual flu vaccine? Join us, #TeamBakuNanay in FB and learn #AllAboutBakuna .
