Yes, it's possible but according to their studies, less likely to experience severe symptoms. There's no vaccine that works 100%, even the ones administered sa babies. That's why important pa rin na significant number of people are vaccinated to attain herd immunity. At the end of the day, some level of protection from vaccines is still better than no protection at all.

i know someone na nabakunahan at nagkaCovid pa rin, pero mild lang. not assurance pa rin ang vaccine.. meron din nabakunahan at namatay after few days dahil hindi nakayanan ang side effects ng bakuna
just with other vaccine preventable disease, may chance pa din to acquire covid 19, symptoms are not as severe lang as others
