I ate frequently for all trimesters, so yes! but I ask for no raw veg to be included and at 3rd trim, garlic is too strong for me, so asked to remove too. do check out popiah main ingredient yam bean and u will see what benefits it gives u! popiah is not a junk food if u study its nutrition :)
