hello po, any tips po para maboost yung milk supply ko? nagttake po ako ng m2 pang 2nd day ko ngayon pero bigla naman humina supply ko ☹️ yung dating 100ml nagiging 50ml nalang everytime nagppump ako. tsaka ano po reason bakit humihina ang breastmilk supply? #advicepls #1stimemom #pleasehelp #firstbaby

ive read this in one bf advocate ig post na wag tignan ang output while pumping. if plan to exclusively pump, stick to strict regular pumping sched po almost similar to baby's feeding schedule
