Cold hands and feet/Iron Supplement

Hello po! May times po na malamig ang kamay at paa ni baby kahit hindi naman malamig ang kwarto. Is it okay lang? He is very madaldal and bibo too. I'm thinking if need ko ba painumin ng Iron Supplement baby ko since mag pa-5 months old na sya?? Any recommended brand po na hindi nagconstipate ang baby nyo?
