Hi mommy. May content po si evening primrose oil that can soften the cervix and according to studies, pwedeng mag shorten ng duration of labor kaya po binibigay sa mga kabuwanan na. Taken orally po talaga ito pero some OBs and midwives advised patients to insert it vaginally for faster effect.
