Hello po sino po may same case sakin na may Polysistic Left Ovary? PCOS po ba un? Ano po treatment nyo ? Nabuntis parin po ba kayo kahit may ganito ? 🥺😭 Ngayon lang ako nadelay ng 2 months , NagPT ako and positive so nagpa TVs ako tapos ito diagnosis sakin. Sobrang sakit lang kasi nagexpect na akong buntis ako, as in tulala akong lumabas ng clinic 🥺😢😢 #advicepls

I was diagnosed with PCOS last year. Stressful when you only think of losing weight to cure it or have babies. What I did was, took care of myself stress management, weight management through regular physical activity (daily walking & yoga) at eating food in moderation (not going on diets like keto, etc.) Best to have a sustainable lifestyle changes. After 2mos. Nabuntis ako, unexpectedly.

Ganyan din po. ako. katulad sa inyo 6 months ako nag gamot ng provera saka diet exercise din po. after ko po mag take ng provera pinag take po ako. ng pampabuntis after 1 take ko po nun nabuntis po ako., 4 months here N po. saka. dasal lang po talaga 😊
