Hello po. Sa mga momshies jan na voluntary members ng sss at naka claim na ng maternity benefits, ano po yung requirements na hiningi sa inyo kasabay ng Mat2? Alam ko na yung birth certificate ni baby pero yung separation certificate from your last employer, nagpasa ba kayo nun?

Ganun din po ako, pinagbayad nila ako para mapalitan yung status ko as voluntary kasi dati akong may work
