Hello mommy. I'm sorry to hear na wala kang tiwala sa sarili mo na magkaka milk ka. Can I ask why? Nasabi mo ba yan dahil maliit ang breast mo? Or dahil walang lumalabas na milk during your pregnancy? I hope na you trust in your self na magkakagatas ka, very important ang breastmilk for babies lalo na sa panahon ngayon. Kasi walang tutumbas sa nutrients na nakukuha dito. Please do not give up. Please do not deprive your baby to have the best and nutritious milk that he/she can have because they deserve that. 🤗

I see. Try mo na din na gumamit ng injection pang hila sa nipples mo mommy. Yun kadalasan na ginagamit nila para lumabas yung nipples ng ibang mommy, and most of them are successful naman using thay method. I suggest din na you join breastfeeding groups as early as now para ma guide ka on how to breastfeed in your case. I hope you still breastfeed even ganyan ang situation. Sa una lang yan mahirap mommy, magiging madali din yan habang tumatagal. You can do it mommy. ♥
