Parte na po ng life ang stress. Kailangan lang po natin malaman paano i-manage. Aside from doing what you love or enjoy most, pwede po kayong mag-focus lang sa mga bagay na may kontrol kayo o yung kaya nyong baguhin at isa-isahin nyong i-solve.
