A successful relationship is a constant hard work. You'll really fall out of love kapag hinayaan mo. Being in love is not a magical and "natural" thing that just happens effortlessly. Mag-usap po kayo, maglabas ng saloobin. Kami ni hubby, with our daily lives between work, child care and house chores, parang paulit-ulit at nakakasawa, halos wala nang time para mag-usap at bond. But we're mindful to at least always say our "i love you's", and give out hugs and kisses. Kasi kung wala yun, most probably ay maging indifferent na rin kami. So my unsolicited advice is: Mag-usap ng mahinahon. Also, tanungin ang sarili if the relationship is actually worth saving.
