False contraction can cause real labor?

Hello po, normal amg po ba mag contract at 32 weeks, tuwing gabi ko po sya mas nararamdaman, wala naman po abdominal pain, walang bloody discharge.just contraction lang po.. nakaka open po ba ng cervix pag palagi nag contract? especially pag active si baby, jan. sya usually naninigas.. super active kase ng baby ko po..
