False contraction can cause real labor?

Hello po, normal amg po ba mag contract at 32 weeks, tuwing gabi ko po sya mas nararamdaman, wala naman po abdominal pain, walang bloody discharge.just contraction lang po.. nakaka open po ba ng cervix pag palagi nag contract? especially pag active si baby, jan. sya usually naninigas.. super active kase ng baby ko po.. It’s normal to feel contractions at 32 weeks, especially as your body prepares for labor. These could be Braxton Hicks contractions, which are usually not painful and don’t cause cervical changes. If they’re just tightness and not accompanied by pain or discharge, it’s likely your body practicing for labor. As for whether they can open your cervix—Braxton Hicks typically don’t do that. But if you’re ever unsure or the contractions become more frequent or painful, it’s always a good idea to check in with your OB.
