Hi mommy. Start with rice cereal (pureed rice with breastmilk), pureed squash, pureed carrots. 3-4 tablespoon breakfast and lunch. 1 new food every 3 days lang mommy para di mabigla tummy ni baby and para madedetect mo aling food sha may allergy if ever.
