Yes po kung mataas pa si baby mo makakatulong po ang squats para bumaba sya, ingat lang po kasi baka ma out-balance ka momsh. And ask mo na din po sa ob mo kung mag papa tagtag kana kasi yung ob ko pinaglakad lakad at squats lng ako nung 37weeks nako, reason nya is baka daw lumabas ng maaga si baby pag natagtag ako ng wala pang 37weeks. Mommy parang maaga pa for squats, I think it was advised by my OB nung 38 weeks na ako, not earlier...
